This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.

Backtagging: If it's relevant to developing plot or story arc, or for PSLs, sure. But for casual RP, I tend to move on.

Threadhopping: If we muns are pals, sure, if not, please ask.

Fourthwalling: This pup is already slightly fourthwalled in his very creation, due to a RP plot from long ago, that enabled him to cross into another reality, without even knowing it. I'd rather you ask, but if you happen to play Deadpool, go right ahead.

Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'm very hard to shock and Offensive stuff is fine by me. But please bear in mind, this character's opinions do not necessarily reflect my own.

Hugging this character: Yes. But be warned, it might not be received well IC...

Kissing this character: Ditto. But he tends to prefer to be the instigator.

Flirting with this character: Yes. Simon will flirt with male and female characters alike.

Fighting with this character: Yes, but no godmodeing please. Give the guy a chance to duck. Also expect him to retaliate. He's now a god, but even with a total loss of power, he's still a tough East German Army Colonel with killer moves, and always carries a handgun. He may shoot your pup in the foot, it's a thing.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Rapid healing - Minor injuries are okay, but please discuss anything else with me first.

Killing this character: You can't. Unless you're as powerful as God. Simon has recently been made immortal by a supremely powerful being. He cannot die unless it's by the one who granted him the immortality - and It won't; or by his own hand.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: You can't. One of the conditions of his immortality is imperviousness to any psychic assault, empathy, mindreading whatsoever.

Warnings: Though evolving, this guy can be a villain. Piss him off and he may stick a gun in your pup's face. I'll ask permissions before getting rough.

Smut: I like to thread smut, but if it's going to get graphic, m/m only. (Canonically we know this character is into women, but the mun hates het smut or romance.)

Romance: Possibly. Again, m/m only.

Other stuff: Gruber was a terrorist, bank robber, soldier, and villain. He's now a dark god. On occasion, he's a ruthless and manipulative bastard, so trusting him could be a mistake. That said, he's also charming, polite, and can cheerfully banter with anyone, even the likes of John McLane. He dislikes rudeness, and will not go out of his way to insult anyone unprovoked. He can function very well within social conventions, and is capable of forming friendships and attachments. He is also capable of using people, and abandoning more casual acquaintances if it suits his needs.
